They are now scaling their customer delivery team and seeking an experienced leader to take the function to the next level.The RoleOur client is hiring an Implementation Team Lead to serve as a player-coach. You will manage a small team of Implementation Managers while staying hands-on with complex, high-impact implementations.This role is critical for ensuring high-quality delivery, building scalable processes, and supporting the company’s continued growth trajectory.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipManage, coach, and develop a small team of Implementation ManagersConduct performance reviews and support hiring decisionsDrive a culture of excellence and accountabilityEnd-to-End ImplementationsOwn full lifecycle implementations from scoping through go-liveMap customer workflows and configure the platform to meet requirementsLead integrations with common ERP and financial systemsDeliver projects on accelerated timelines typical of high-growth SaaSCustomer PartnershipAct as a trusted advisor to finance and accounting stakeholdersTranslate accounting and operational requirements into practical system solutionsEnsure alignment between customer needs and platform capabilitiesOperational ExcellenceBuild and refine implementation playbooks and processesIdentify bottlenecks and implement improvementsTrack delivery metrics and ensure consistency and qualityCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve the platformShare insights from implementations to inform product development and roadmapWhat We’re Looking For5–7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or professional servicesProven experience leading full end-to-end implementationsPrior people management experience, including performance reviews and hiringStrong accounting knowledge, especially revenue recognition and order-to-cash processesExperience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct)Background in fast-paced SaaS or fintech environmentsNice to HaveCPA or formal accounting backgroundExperience in consulting or Big Four environmentsCompensation & DetailsCompetitive base salary with performance-based bonusEquity participationComprehensive benefits packageFull-time, in-office role in New York City
