This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound inventory, maintaining high levels of accuracy, and ensuring timely fulfillment of equipment requests.\r\nThis role requires strong attention to detail, a focus on quality and traceability, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support business and client needs.\r\nWho We Are\r\nEOS IT Solutions is a global technology and logistics company delivering Collaboration and Business IT Support services to some of the world's largest industry leaders.\r\nWe pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service through innovation, operational excellence, and strong partnerships-while creating opportunities for our employees to grow and succeed.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nInventory & Order Fulfillment\r\nComplete materials and equipment requests accurately and efficiently\r\nPick, pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments for carrier pickup\r\nReceive inbound hardware and verify shipments for accuracy and quality\r\nPerform asset tagging and maintain asset tracking records\r\nConduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies\r\nParticipate in daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts\r\nRestock IT cabinets and vending machines\r\nCoordinate shipments across NORAM and global locations\r\nSupport new hire equipment fulfillment to meet orientation timelines\r\nAsset Management & Quality Control\r\nDeploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, desk phones, and monitors\r\nEnsure safe handling and disposal of equipment (including e-waste)\r\nPerform asset tag audits and maintain accurate inventory records\r\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of inventory and workspace\r\nSystems & Data Accuracy\r\nMaintain traceability and accuracy in inventory and task management systems\r\nMonitor and update task queues regularly\r\nEnsure all transactions are properly recorded and auditable\r\nCollaboration & Communication\r\nPartner daily with Inventory, Deployment, and Logistics teams\r\nCommunicate effectively across teams to ensure timely execution\r\nSupport cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements\r\nSafety & Operations\r\nOperate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely\r\nFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment\r\nAdhere to operational standards and SOPs\r\nAdditional Responsibilities\r\nSupport ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as assigned\r\nWhat You Need to Succeed\r\nExperience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred (not required)\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace\r\nFamiliarity with inventory management systems is a plus\r\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\r\nEffective time management in a fast-paced environment\r\nStrong communication skills (verbal and written)\r\nTeam-oriented with a collaborative mindset\r\nProfessional, customer-focused approach\r\nAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs\r\nExperience with pallet jack or forklift is a plus (training available)\r\nWhy Join Us\r\nAt EOS IT Solutions, you'll be part of a high-performing IT Logistics team supporting a global technology client.
