Develops and launches new Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) products. Key ResponsibilitiesLeads ETF sales initiative, identifies client needs and coordinates efforts to serve assigned intermediariesFollows up on client contacts calling on existing and potential clientsProvides clients with investment performance updates as well as general client servicingMakes presentations to existing and prospective shareholders/clientsCloses the sale of investment services to prospects and/or clientsOriginates new investor relationshipsAssists in developing and launching new Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) productsPrepares presentationsConducts client meetings RequirementsEight or more years of investment sales experience with ETF productsExcellent sales skills and in-depth ETF product knowledgeStature and experience to cover large/complex prospects and/or clientsStrong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a commitment to high ethical standardsStrong planning, organization, analytical and technical skills are requiredAbility to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently and work independently to perform a variety of tasks with accuracy and attention to detailTeam player with the ability to drive key decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentFlexibility for business travel that includes shareholder/prospect sales calls and attending investment conferencesCollege degree in business administration or equivalent work experience requiredNASD license series 7 and 63 required; CIMA and/or CFA preferred
