Owns submittals, RFIs, drawing and document management, technical coordination, and shop drawing review. Supports the Superintendent to ensure all field documentation from Field Operations is submitted properly. Also ensures field subcontractors are submitting their required documentation.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and maintain submittal log, RFI log, drawing register, and all technical tracking.\nManage RFI’s, submittals, drawings, and project records.\nEnsure field documentation from Supers and subs is submitted and processed timely.\nManage document control for project.\nAssist the Assistant Project Manager and Superintendents with daily project coordination.\nHelp track material procurement, project progress and schedule updates.\nVisit job site regularly to observe progress and support field operations.\nHelp coordinate deliveries.\nSupport micro-scheduling.\nParticipate in safety meetings.\nDevelop problem-solving and project management skills.\n\nSkills & Qualifications\nEntry level position with undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering, or similar field of study.
