Integrate data from MS SQL Server and utilize ESRI GIS tools (ArcGIS Server, SDE, ArcGIS Pro) for geospatial visualization and advanced mapping/analysis. Coordinate across IT project management, engineering, QA, and risk management functions. Plan, coordinate, and monitor database-related project activities. Develop, implement, and enforce database design, development, and documentation standards and procedures. Provide training and technical guidance regarding system products and procedures. Perform application upgrades and maintenance tasks. Monitor and report on real-time database operations, communications, and graphical/logic applications. Troubleshoot and resolve database/system issues. Ensure projects follow district standards and procedures throughout the lifecycle. Hybrid work model: 4 days onsite in Washington, DC; 1 day remote per week. Candidates must be located in DC, Maryland, or Virginia.
