The role requires the ability to work with the facilities engineering and design groups to prepare drawing and document packages for the installation of semiconductor manufacturing tools (Tool Hookup). While 2D CAD tools are primarily utilized in this position, some interaction with 3D systems may occur, although 3D CAD proficiency is not mandatory.\n\nRole and Responsibilities\n\nHere’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:\n\nDesign and implement technical solutions to meet project requirements.\n\nDevelop detailed technical specifications and documentation.\n\nConduct feasibility studies and develop project proposals.\n\nLead technical reviews and ensure that designs meet industry standards and regulations.\n\nCoordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.\n\nPrepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations.\n\nMonitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.\n\nEnsure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.\n\nSkills and Qualifications\n\nHere's what you'll need:\n\nProficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.).\n\nStrong technical design and engineering skills.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and project management ability.\n\nEffective leadership, communicational, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\n\nThe current base salary range for this role is between $95,000 - $120,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.\n\nTotal Rewards\nAt Samsung Austin Semiconductor, base pay is just one part of our total compensation package.
