Join a company where meaningful work truly matters. Role Description We are hiring a part-time Homecare Scheduler to join our team in Geneva, IL. This is an on-site position where you will play a vital role in coordinating care services. The Homecare Scheduler will create and manage schedules for caregivers, communicate effectively with staff, clients, and families, and maintain accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills to ensure timely and efficient care for senior clients. Qualifications Knowledge of Medical Terminology and familiarity with Medicine-related practicesKnowledge of Wellsky jomecare schedulung system.Maintain and track caregivers training and compliance.Strong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience or understanding of Patient Care principles and best practicesProficient in using scheduling software and basic computer systemsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple prioritiesHigh school diploma or equivalent; a background in healthcare or administrative support is a plus
