Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Bakersfield, CA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include training, mentoring, and managing sales representatives, as well as developing and implementing sales strategies. Additionally, the Sales Manager will build strong client relationships, analyze market trends, and generate reports to measure sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience hiring, training, and mentoring sales teamsStrong sales expertise, including an understanding of sales strategies, negotiation, and customer relationship managementAbility to analyze market trends, create sales forecasts, and develop targeted strategies for revenue growthExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsProficient in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not requiredKnowledge or experience in the trailer or automotive industry is a strong advantageAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
