This includes the ability to train and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with families, interdisciplinary teams, and other service providers to create integrated intervention strategies (e.g., within IEPs, ISPs).Supervision & Training: Providing oversight and guidance to RBTs and other staff while ensuring proper training on behavior intervention strategies.Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of HIPAA laws, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards to ensure compliance. Can you describe a challenging case where you had to develop and implement a behavior intervention plan?
