As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery during 2nd and 3rd shifts. Shift and Compensation2nd and 3rd Shift Compensation is from 58,240 USD to 68,640 USD per year Job DutiesPerform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Collaborate with production teams to address maintenance needs and prioritize tasks. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Background ProfilePrevious experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial setting, preferably in a foundry environment. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Strong understanding of electrical systems and PLCs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift as required.
