This role is responsible for driving excellence in nursing practice by effectively managing personnel, financial, and material resources while ensuring optimal patient outcomes.The ideal candidate will serve as a key collaborator across departments, fostering strong interdisciplinary partnerships to support a unified approach to achieving the organization’s mission. The listed salary reflects the potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.QualificationsRequired Education and ExperienceLicense and Certification Requirement License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York. Certification or eligibility for Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).Education and Experience Master's degree in Nursing and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time nursing experience in an oncology support setting including two (2) years of nursing supervisory experience; or Master's degree in Nursing and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time nursing experience in an oncology support setting including one (1) year experience in an oncology support setting and two (2) years of nursing supervisory experience; or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time nursing experience in an oncology support setting including two (2) years of nursing supervisory experience; or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time nursing experience in an acute care support setting including one (1) year experience in an oncology support setting and two (2) years of nursing supervisory experience.Note As a condition of continued employment, incumbents must obtain and maintain the appropriate certification within eighteen (18) months of their appointment to this title. As a condition of continued employment, incumbents must obtain certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within six (6) months of their appointment to this title.
