Oversight includes all levels of care programming and transportation. This position is also an active participant on the Directors' Team which functions as the core leadership of the community.REQUIREMENTSMust possess the minimum of a bachelors' degree. Three (3) to five (5) years of successful experience in a supervisory capacity and extensive experience in adult education and or event planning. Relevant skills include planning, organization and evaluation, supervision and leadership, interpersonal skills including superior written and oral communication as well as collaboration. A thorough understanding of the emotional and social needs of residents and of community agencies and resources available to meet resident needs is also expected.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversees all resident services operations including programming, transportation, salon, and concierge functionsDevelops resident-centered programs based on needs, interests, and well-beingEnsures high-quality, engaging services and experiences for residentsEstablishes and tracks annual departmental goals and objectivesEvaluates programs using qualitative and quantitative performance dataEnsures effective communication and promotion of events and servicesCoordinates collaboration across resident services and other departmentsDevelops policies and procedures prioritizing safety and resident convenienceBuilds community partnerships with organizations such as churches, volunteers, and educatorsDrives innovation through planning and implementation of new programsManages staffing levels, hiring, training, and employee development within budgetProvides ongoing supervision, feedback, coaching, and performance managementEnsures compliance with regulatory standards and readiness for inspectionsManages budgets, financial performance, purchasing, and capital planningUpholds quality standards, resident relations, confidentiality, professionalism, and required compliance dutiesBENEFITS: Medical, Vision, DentalPTOEmployer Retirement Contribution 4.5%HSA MatchTuition ReimbursementSupportive Environment and LeadershipAmazing residents and collaborative teams!Access to early earned wagesIf you are looking to make a difference, we'd love to talk to you!
