You will ensure perfect alignment with our ambitious business goals and program standards.\n\nResponsibilities\nDocument and deploy program-level governance, controls, and standardized processes from project inception to close-out to ensure consistent execution across all programs.\nProvide consolidated tracking metrics of project health across cost, schedule, scope management, quality, and commissioning enabling alignment and early intervention.\nCoordinate structured processes to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, issues, and scope changes to support proactive delivery execution.\nServe as a subject matter expert in capital project delivery, supporting teams on guidelines across all phases from planning through commissioning.\nDefine and maintain comprehensive project delivery engagement criteria, ensuring execution requirements are clearly established upfront.\nEnsure delivery requirements are embedded in contracting strategies and contract documents and carried through build, construction documents, and field execution.\nAlign construction, engineering, procurement, finance, and site teams around program objectives and delivery expectations.\nDeliver concise, coordinated reporting and insights that support leadership decision-making and proactive management of program performance.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field\nOver 10 years of experience in capital project delivery, program management, or project controls\nExperience handling project performance measures (cost, schedule, scope, quality, commissioning, safety)\nSolid grasp of the project lifecycle from planning through construction and commissioning\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in large-scale capital programs (semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, or similar)\nFamiliarity with governance frameworks, project controls methodologies, and performance tracking systems\nProfessional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, RICS, Lean Six Sigma)\n\nAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
