About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and providing quality support. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play an important role in creating a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details
Troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective solutions
Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
Handle escalations professionally and efficiently
Work with team members to meet service and performance targets
Maintain a friendly, patient, and supportive attitude with every interaction
Requirements:
Customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to stay organized and multitask
Comfortable using computers and basic software
Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
High school diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.15 per hour
