Our mission is to serve the needs of our customers, today and tomorrow, with products and services that exceed expectations for performance and environmental responsibility.\r\nPeople Customers Trust\r\nStarting pay is $21.36/hr with an increase to $23.73/hr after successful training plus $0.35 shift differential\r\nPaid weekly plus annual bonus\r\nAvailable Shift: Night Shift 6:40pm to 5:10am\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nSet up of production equipment including blades.\r\nData entry in the computer to move product through the system.\r\nEnsure a high-quality product is coming off the machine by conducting quality checks to ensure required slit positions, depth, dimensions, labeling, and packaging.\r\nTrain and direct temporary employees when needed.\r\nWork to continuously improve set up time, speed, and waste.\r\nFollow all safety rules and policies, make suggestions to improve safety and look out for fellow employees' safety.\r\nAssist other departments as needed.\r\nOther duties as assigned.\r\nBasic Qualifications:\r\nHigh school diploma or GED.\r\nSome industrial experience.\r\nWorks well in a team environment.\r\nAvailable to work either day or night shift.\r\nMust be able to work overtime as needed.\r\nPreferred Qualifications:\r\nPrevious experience operating corrugated printing equipment.\r\nExperience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment, with an understanding that temperatures and volumes.\r\nCompensation and Benefits:\r\nStarting salary for position: $21.36 per hour with an increase to $23.73 after successful training.\r\nBonus: Annual Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.\r\nPaid holidays.\r\nWithin the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.\r\nUpon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan.
