The County also seeks to expand common business workflows to the varied departments to leverage the value of the ERP.\nThe County has an installed test environment for the consultant to use as well as a training environment for deployment training of developed/improved processes.\nDAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:\n1. Assistance with configuration of the various module roles and user access for various Departments for:\nA. Financials\n1. Requisitions\n2. Accounts Payable\n2a. Contract Management\n3. Account Receivable\n4. Budgeting\n5. Capital Assets\n5a. Project Accounting\nB. Human Capital Management\n1. Payroll Administration\n1a. ExecuTime Time Keeping\n1b. Position Control\n1c. Job Classification\n1d. Personnel Action\n1e. Benefits\n1f. Recruitment\n1g. Reporting\nC. Asset Maintenance\n1. Preventative Maintenance\n2. Fleet Management\nD. Utility Billing\nExamples of specific tasks:\n1 Assist with new and existing policy setup and role modifications.\n2. Development of good change control practices related to each major group (ie, access security policies and access group management, module configuration settings, scheduled jobs and processing routines managmenent etc.)\n3. Work with users and MUNIS support to grant access to existing or new accounts or project strings that were created by the Financial Division.\n4. Assist with contract configuration setup in MUNIS.\n5. Work with workflow steps and recommendation on the best practice for the approval process in both MUNIS and ExecuTime.\n6. Assist with Time and Attendance for ExecuTime Policies and Rule setup.\n7. Create Security & Permissions for supervisors and employees.\n8. Assist with the OT policy for 28-day FLSA cycle and 24-hour employees.\n9. Assist with setup policy for 40-hour, 37.5-hour exempt and non-exempt employees.\n10. Develop and implement business rules and processes for the integrated cash account reconciliation features.\n11.
