You will be working a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full-time.\n\nRole and Responsibilities\n\nOversee the design, development, test and integration of digital electronics systems.\n\nWork with Digital and Analog Talent Center as a Responsible Engineer/Certified Principal Engineer (CPE) .\n\nEnsure the delivered product meets all customer specifications and needs.\n\nRole Context\nPosition is contingent upon program award expected April 2026.\n\nKey Activities\n\nDigital products include digital processing, software defined radio, command & data handling, controls & avionics, and other digital systems used on Lockheed Martin space or missile systems.\n\nKey skills include experience in FPGA and/or ASIC design, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) design, Embedded Software, FPGA Gateware, Systems Engineering/Requirements Management, Systems Integration & Test, Guidance Navigation & Control, and Electrical Engineering.\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\nExperience in a Responsible Engineer / Product Lead role for analog and digital electronics.\n\n5+ years of professional experience.\n\nWhile no clearance is needed to start, you will need to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance , thus US Citizenship is required.\n\nDesirable Skills\n\nMasters or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.\n\nExperience leading technical teams.\n\nExperience developing products for space or missile applications.\n\nExperience working with Subcontractors and sub-tier suppliers.\n\nFamiliarity with other engineering processes, disciplines and Subject Matter Experts.\n\nFamiliarity with failure investigation processes (root cause analysis, Failure Review Boards, etc.).\n\nExperience supporting technical evaluation of design and requirements verification.\n\nExperience in different phases of aerospace electronic component development cycle.\n\nExperience interacting with peers, management and government customers.\n\nProficiency in presentations and written communications.\n\nSecurity and Compliance\n\nSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.\n\nClearance Level: Secret\n\nAdditional Information\n\nExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
