This role offers the opportunity to work directly with firm leadership and senior attorneys on complex matters involving civil litigation, real estate disputes, foreclosure actions, title matters, probate-related issues, and other specialized legal projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLitigation Support\n\nDraft, review, and prepare litigation documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, notices, subpoenas, and related filings.\nAssist attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from case initiation through trial preparation.\n\nCase Management\n\nMaintain and organize case files, evidence, correspondence, and critical case documents.\nMonitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of all litigation-related tasks.\n\nReal Estate & Special Projects\n\nSupport matters involving real estate litigation, foreclosure proceedings, title disputes, probate-related issues, and other complex legal matters.\nAssist attorneys with special projects requiring detailed analysis and document management.\n\nLegal Research\n\nConduct legal research and prepare summaries, memoranda, and supporting materials to aid case strategy and development.\n\nQualifications\n\n5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (8+ preferred)\nStrong civil litigation background\nReal estate litigation experience preferred\nExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills\nExperience with case management software such as Filevine is a plus\n\nBenefits\n\nHealth, dental, vision insurance\nPTO\nRetirement plan\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
