Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nSafety Communications & Employee Engagement\n\nCreate and maintain Start of Shift (SOS) presentations and safety communications.\n\nAssist with preparation of safety campaigns, awareness events, and training materials.\n\nSupport employee engagement initiatives related to safety and environmental programs.\n\nSafety Inspections & Audits\n\nConduct routine safety inspections throughout facility\n\nPerform documented inspections of emergency equipment, exits, eyewash stations, fire extinguishers, and other safety-related items as assigned.\n\nIdentify hazards and document corrective actions.\n\nFollow up on open safety observations and corrective action items.\n\nSupport internal EHS audits and compliance assessments.\n\nEnvironmental Program Support\n\nConduct environmental inspections and compliance checks.\n\nAssist with waste management activities, recycling programs, and sustainability initiatives.\n\nSupport environmental data collection and recordkeeping requirements.\n\nReport environmental concerns and assist in corrective actions.\n\nFacilities Support\n\nSupport coordination of facility maintenance activities and contractor work.\n\nParticipate in facility improvement projects\n\nProject Support\n\nAssist with EHS and Facilities improvement projects from planning through execution.\n\nTrack project timelines, action items, and completion status.\n\nSupport implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives.\n\nGather data and provide updates on project progress.\n\nCoordinate with various departments to support project objectives.\n\n*Relocation is not available for this position.\n\nAll training will be on 1st shift for up to 2 months before moving to hired shift.\n\nVisa Sponsorship is not available for this position.
