{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"d4c29a89c66c96e391e9e546","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/d4c29a89c66c96e391e9e546","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/d4c29a89c66c96e391e9e546","title":"Program Manager","description":"Overview:\nThe Program Manager supports the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Business Systems Portfolio develop and integrate Agency business systems solutions, which include systems that address key areas such as personnel management, financial management, telecommunication services, contract management, and customer relations, among other support services to the DISA mission.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for all financial, technical, administrative, performance, and personnel aspects of the Gv&E contract and all component awards (e.g., Task Order/Delivery Order/Call).\nResponsible for the integration of key enterprise platforms and enterprise data services to ensure seamless data exchange, unified data management, and improved informational accessibility across the organization.\nAttend meetings and provide the IT Program Manager (IT PgM) and/or the IT PgM's designees with briefing information in the form of presentations, papers, and/or analyses as directed by the IT PgM.\nDevelop and maintain a Program Management Plan (PgMP) to include a project and administrative management plan as a foundation for technical direction and resource management planning.\nFoster the leveraging of artificial intelligence (AI) integrations to enhance operational efficiency, strategic alignment, and data-driven decision-making.\nEstablish and maintain a mature, customer-focused program management framework that enables continuous delivery of program and project outcomes, real-time alignment between operational environments and business data, risk-aware decision-making, efficient resource utilization, and cost-effective contract performance\nResponsible for the management and oversight of all Contractor and subcontractor personnel performing work under this task order, ensuring their performance meets established standards outlined in this Performance Work Statement, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), and as required by the Contracting Officer or the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).\nOversee performance management program for all project staff – mentor team leads and set quantifiable goals for employees\nPrepare and present regular program reviews, performance metrics, and executive-level briefings.\nAnticipate customer needs, propose innovative solutions, and align program outcomes with mission priorities. Propose ideas for on-contract growth.\nServe as the primary client relationship manager within the program office\nSupport capture, proposal, and business development activities related to follow-on and adjacent Client opportunities.\nHandles all administrative functions and liaisons with the government for establishing priorities and training in new technologies as needed.\nProvides high-level program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, and lifecycle costing; and conducts manpower assessments and risk management, as required.\nManages the overall contract on-site. All sections report to this position. The administrative aspects of the contract are managed by this position.\nEnsures the manning and training of the contract staff is adequate for meeting the deliverables.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\n\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar Information Technology Field.\n10 years' experience managing a program with an annual budget exceeding $9M\nCertification in program management (i.e. Program Management Professional (PMP)\nKnowledge of AI solutions\nDemonstrated success in working with client for on-contract business growth\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.\nDemonstrated experience managing personnel\nDemonstrated experience supporting business development activities, including identifying opportunities, supporting capture tasks, and writing proposal sections.\nSecret clearance\nCompany Overview:\nIntegral partners with federal defense, intelligence, and civilian leaders to tackle their most important challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
