By ensuring our business objectives are translated into successful results, you will contribute directly to Aledade’s mission of empowering independent primary care.\n\nWe are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.\n\nPrimary Duties:\n\nPerformance Management:\nDrive Accountability: Own the end-to-end performance management of AOP Objectives and Key Results, ensuring owners are empowered and accountable for delivering on their targets.\nMaintain Operational Tempo: Act as the heartbeat of the AOP, ensuring consistent progress through proactive follow-ups, closing feedback loops, and keeping cross-functional workstreams on schedule.\nSurface & Mitigate Risk: Early-identify systemic risks or operational blockers to OKR success; partner with teams to develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues to leadership to ensure a path forward.\nStrategic & Annual Planning:\nLead Planning Cycles: Facilitate the departmental annual planning process and mid-year (2H) adjustments, ensuring departmental goals remain ambitious yet realistic.\nContinue to Build the Playbook: Continuously refine and document the AOP Playbook at Aledade, codifying best practices to make each planning cycle more efficient and predictable than the last.\nQBR Preparation: Partner with department Ops Leads to prepare high-quality materials and narratives for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring a data-driven story of progress and challenges.\nCross-Functional Orchestration & Alignment:\nStakeholder Management: Build deep, trust-based relationships across the organization to facilitate honest discussions regarding progress, resource gaps, and cross-departmental dependencies.\nEarly Alignment Integration: Act as the \"glue\" between departments, ensuring that initiatives have early and consistent alignment with Analytics, Field, and Product stakeholders.\nCross-Functional Bridge: Serve as the central point of contact to ensure that changes in one department’s roadmap are communicated and reconciled with the broader AOP.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n5+ years progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management or consulting\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience\nPreferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities:\nMaster’s degree preferred\nProven ability to build strong relationships, influence without authority, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders.\nDemonstrated experience in managing projects, tracking performance, and driving execution in a complex environment.\nAbility to think critically, identify issues, and develop actionable strategic solutions.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders.\nSelf-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.\nPhysical Requirements:\nSitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard.
