This is a role that analyzes the manufacturing process and identifies issues with the process.\nJob Description:\nYour main responsibilities include:\nYou'll be responsible for ensuring that all the machines involved in microchip processing are working effectively and efficiently.\nWatch computer screens to keep track of machines and chips, ensuring everything flows smoothly.\nWhen alarms go off, you quickly follow steps to fix problems or figure out new solutions for tricky ones.\nWork with engineers and your team to enhance processing and keep production stable.\nThe ability to multitask, including, checking microchips, alerts, and machines to keep everything on schedule.\nWork in a high-tech \"Command Center\" or sometimes in a special \"Clean Room\" suit to protect the chips.\nAbility to learn and adapt new ways to make chips and help improve processes.\nThe ability to reliably follow instructions and train new teammates.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nApplicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:\nA high school diploma or equivalent or equivalent\nMust be able to work with computers extensively while remaining sedentary in an office environment throughout the shift.\nAble to operate computer and system interface programs to ensure appropriate computing and analysis of production information.\nAble to follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks and required documentation.\nAble to work on a compressed work week schedule including night shift.\nTypical shift is 12 hours long, alternating between three and four days every other week including breaks.\nMay be required to work evenings or weekends!\nTraining:\no On the job training will be provided\nWork Location:\nCandidates must be willing and able to work on-site at our Phoenix, Arizona facility: 5088 W.
