Job Title: Weekend Shift Warehouse Fulfillment Team MemberJob DescriptionThe Weekend Shift Warehouse Fulfillment Team Member accurately selects and packs customer orders for shipment in a clean, organized warehouse environment. This role focuses on handling small, lightweight baby products such as clothing, bottles, accessories, and other baby care items, ensuring orders are completed quickly, correctly, and safely. You will receive training in both order picking and packing so you can support multiple parts of the fulfillment process.ResponsibilitiesSelect customer orders from pick sheets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Locate and retrieve small, lightweight items such as baby onesies, clothing, binkies, accessories, bottles, and baby care products from warehouse inventory.Verify product numbers, quantities, and descriptions against pick sheets to ensure the correct items are selected.Prepare orders for shipment by choosing appropriately sized boxes and packing materials.Double-check order accuracy before packing to confirm all items and quantities are correct.Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping and seal boxes using tape and other standard packing materials.Organize completed orders in designated staging areas for shipping and receiving teams.Follow established warehouse procedures for pick, pack, and general labor tasks.Assist with basic shipping and receiving activities as needed, such as moving packed boxes to the correct area.Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area throughout the shift.Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from warehouse leads and supervisors.Meet productivity and quality goals while adhering to all safety guidelines and warehouse policies.Essential SkillsPrevious warehouse or production experience.Demonstrated consistent and reliable work history.Experience with order picking and order selection using pick sheets.Ability to perform pick and pack functions in a warehouse setting.Experience with general labor tasks in a warehouse or similar environment.Basic familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.Ability to accurately verify item numbers, quantities, and order details.Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and proper packing.Capability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12-hour shift.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with warehouse inventory handling and organization.BG in retail environments where order accuracy and customer satisfaction are important.Comfort working with small consumer products such as clothing and accessories.Willingness to cross-train in multiple warehouse functions, including picking, packing, and basic shipping support.Strong teamwork skills and a positive, dependable attitude.Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Why Work Here?You will join a modern warehouse operation with substantial opportunities for growth and advancement. The work involves standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility to pick and pack orders for most of the shift. The primary schedule for this position is the Weekend Shift, running from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Friday through Sunday. The facility also operates Day Shift (7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday) and Night Shift (7:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday), which may offer additional opportunities depending on business needs. The environment is structured, process-driven, and team-oriented, with standard warehouse equipment and packing materials used throughout daily operations. Attire is typical for a warehouse setting, focusing on practicality and safety, such as comfortable clothing and closed-toe footwear suitable for being on your feet for extended periods.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lockbourne, OH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
