Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nImplementation Consultant - Revenue Cycle Patient Access (Scheduling & Registration)\r\nAs an Implementation Consultant, you'll collaborate with healthcare clients to design, build, and configure Oracle Health (Cerner) Revenue Cycle Patient Access, Scheduling and/or Registration solutions and related integrations. You'll serve as a trusted advisor guiding clients through workflow design decisions, interdependencies, and configuration strategies that align with operational and revenue goals.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\n\r\n\r\nConsult with clients on end-to-end workflow design across Scheduling and/or Registration service lines.\r\n\r\n\r\nLead build and configuration of Oracle Health Scheduling and/or Registration solutions to meet client-specific operational and workflow requirements.\r\n\r\n\r\nProvide solution oversight and direction to ensure alignment with downstream Revenue Cycle and clinical systems.\r\n\r\n\r\nGuide clients through key design decisions, highlighting system interdependencies and recommending best practices.\r\n\r\n\r\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate solution risks and issues during design and build phases.\r\n\r\n\r\nExecute workflow optimization and process improvement strategies to enhance patient access efficiency and scheduling accuracy.\r\n\r\n\r\nLead client-facing meetings and working sessions, including validation, design, and review sessions.\r\n\r\n\r\nPartner with internal and client stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation and adoption process.\r\n\r\n\r\nRequired Experience\r\n\r\n5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle Health (Cerner) Revenue Cycle Patient Access solutions , including Scheduling and/or Registration .\r\n\r\nScheduling Configuration Experience\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong familiarity with scheduling configuration tools and end-to-end system design , including:\r\n\r\n\r\nRevenue Cycle maintenance applications\r\n\r\n\r\nScheduling templates, appointment types, and resource/location setup\r\n\r\n\r\nService line configuration and provider/resource mapping\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience configuring Scheduling across multiple specialties (e.g., Radiology, Therapy, Rehabilitation).\r\n\r\n\r\nProven ability to manage integrations with ancillary systems impacting scheduling workflows.\r\n\r\n\r\nRegistration Configuration Experience\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong familiarity with registration configuration tools and workflow dependencies , including:\r\n\r\n\r\nPatient demographic and encounter setup (registration types, visit classes, and encounter mapping)\r\n\r\n\r\nInsurance, payer, and financial class configuration (eligibility verification rules, coverage mapping)\r\n\r\n\r\nRules, alerts, and validations to support accurate and compliant patient intake\r\n\r\n\r\nIntegration and dependency awareness with downstream billing and clinical systems\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience designing and configuring Registration workflows that ensure accurate patient identification, charge capture, and data integrity.\r\n\r\n\r\nAdditional Requirements\r\n\r\n\r\nUndergraduate degree or equivalent experience.\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build rapport with clients and cross-functional teams.\r\n\r\n\r\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\r\n\r\n\r\nSelf-starter who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment.\r\n\r\n\r\nU.S. citizenship required due to client contracts.\r\n\r\n\r\nMust be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance for the role.\r\n\r\n\r\nExpectations\r\n\r\n\r\nPerform other responsibilities as assigned.\r\n\r\n\r\nWilling to travel up to 50% as needed.\r\n\r\n\r\nWilling to work additional or irregular hours when required.\r\n\r\n\r\nFollow corporate and client security policies, safeguard assets, and report any potential security risks or incidents.\r\n\r\n\r\nDisclaimer\r\nCertain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\r\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\r\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum.
