Come join our award-winning organization and work with some of the most talented and brightest minds in the GovCon industry.\nSecurity Clearance: Secret\nLocation: Atlantic City/Egg Harbor, NJ\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the central point of contact with the Government for all technical, operational, and management matters related to the Task Order to include representing the Contractor at all Task Order–level post-award meetings, briefings, and reviews with TSA stakeholders.\nProvide overall leadership and accountability for Task Order performance, ensuring compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW), contract requirements, and TSA policies.\nDirect and oversee execution of Threat Mitigation, Engineering, and Image (TME&I) support services, including threat image development, library management, simulator support, help desk operations, logistics, and rapid response activities.\nApply Project Management Institute (PMI) principles to plan, execute, monitor, and control all Task Order activities.\nManage schedule, cost, scope, risk, quality assurance, and performance metrics across all task areas.\nEnsure quality control and quality assurance of all deliverables, reports, and services provided under the Task Order.\nOversee adherence to DHS, TSA, and federal security requirements, including classified handling, Sensitive Security Information (SSI), and Personally Identifiable Information (PII).\nManage subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, security mandates, and performance standards.\nMinimum Requirements\nMaster’s degree (M.S.) in Program Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.\nMinimum 10 years of practical professional experience, including at least 2 years managing a major program, task order, or department.\nDemonstrated experience performing as a Program Manager on complex federal government programs.\nProven experience serving as a Task Order Manager or Program Manager for DHS, TSA, or other federal civilian agencies.\nStrong working knowledge of PMI-based project management principles and methodologies.\nDemonstrated experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams supporting technical, logistics, training, and operational functions.\nActive U.S. Government Secret clearance\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior Government leadership.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience supporting TSA Office of Training and Development (T&D) or similar Homeland Security training organizations.\nFamiliarity with threat image libraries, simulation technologies, explosives/chemical training aids, or screening technologies.\nExperience managing property and asset management systems in accordance with FAR, GAO, and DHS standards.\nExperience managing geographically dispersed teams and multiple subcontractors..\nAbout Xcelerate Solutions:\nFounded in 2009 and headquartered in McLean, VA, Xcelerate Solutions (www.xceleratesolutions.com) is one of America's fastest-growing companies.
