This position is ideal for someone who loves working with children, stays positive under pressure, and wants to make a meaningful impact.\n\nYou’ll work directly with clients, teaching new skills, supporting positive behaviors, and helping each child reach their goals in a fun, supportive environment.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nMust enjoy working with kids — daycare, school, or childcare experience preferred.\n\nPositive, patient, and coachable — able to take direction and apply feedback.\n\nComfortable managing behaviors and staying calm in challenging moments.\n\nWilling to learn and understand ABA principles through training and supervision.\n\nCurrently enrolled in or completed college (no high school–only applicants).\n\nReliable and consistent — this role requires working 5 days a week.\n\nRBT certification is a plus and earns a higher hourly wage.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nWork 1:1 with children implementing individualized ABA treatment plans.\n\nRun programs and goals every 7 minutes as outlined by supervisors.\n\nCollect accurate data during each session.\nSupport with cleaning and sanitizing therapy spaces and materials.\n\nFollow supervisor direction and maintain professional communication. Keep sessions positive, structured, and engaging for each client.
