The Material Handler ensures inventory accuracy, maintains shipping records, coordinates inbound and outbound logistics, and follows all safety and quality standards to support efficient warehouse operations.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nOperate machinery and equipment within the warehouse area.\nPreparation and verification of Bills of Lading (BOLs).\nTracking and management of PRO numbers.\nProcessing small package shipments through various carriers.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area.\nCommunicate any issues or problems to supervisors.\nAdhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nPrevious experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.\nExperience with LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight shipments.\nAbility to follow safety guidelines and procedures required.\nGood communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail.\nPhysical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds.\n\nWhy Work at Dexter?\n\nWe care for our people.
