We currently have 4 vendors supporting the business needs of 5 teams withan approximate total spend of $40MM annually and we have plans to continue scaling up. Our 4vendors currently have locations in 4 countries: Vietnam, the Philippines, Columbia, and India.As the changing demands of our business continue to pivot and require increased flexibility tomeet changing business and commercial conditions, we are being challenged to access skills &resources that fit our variable capacity, whilst leveraging lower operating costs combined withhigher economies of scale. As part of this journey, we are looking to take a step back andconfirm that we are engaging with the right vendors and contracts. The successfulcandidate will partner with various stakeholders to align on requirements, evaluate existing andnew vendors, select a preferred panel of vendors, and negotiate contracts. We are looking toget an expert through a third party due to lack of bandwidth and the desire to bring in expertisein these types of deals.Ideally, the candidate will have experience in managing a similar project and a goodunderstanding of best practices in this category of spend (e.g.: best in class pricing structure:FTE based vs. performance based?, COLA/inflation language, length of agreements, etc...).The candidate will work closely with a core group of stakeholders who have been appointedwithin each of the BPO supported teams, and will partner closely with the Head of ProcurementWhat You’ll Be Working OnWe are looking for the project to start as soon as possible and are estimating that it will be a 3-6months full-time effort. We would prefer that the payment be tied to milestones and deliverablesbut this will require some additional scoping discussions to ensure that both parties arecomfortable with the terms of the engagement.
