Generali Asset Management (GenAM) is an asset management company with expertise in the following areas: collective management of savings through the promotion, establishment and organisation of all types of mutual funds, as well as individual management of investment portfolios on behalf of third parties.GenAM is currently searching for a Customer Services-RFP Intern, M/F, for its Business Relationship Management team based in Paris. You will report to the Head of Department. This team is based in Paris and works with counterpart teams in Milan and Cologne. This internship will allow you to work in customer service, with teams responsible for responding to RFPs and sales teams.Client Service & Sales Support:Optimize Client Deliverables and Data ManagementDrive the distribution of strategic sales documentation, performance reports and presentations to clients.Implement process improvements for timely and accurate client communications.Handle and organize replies to daily client's requests.Advanced Reporting & Business Intelligence* Contribute to the design and automation of dashboards and steering tables for senior management.* Leverage data visualization tools to enhance clarity and decision-making impact.Sales Performance Analytics* Manage and analyze weekly in/outflows files from sales representatives to identify trends and perform accurate follow-up.* Provide actionable insights to support commercial strategy and resource allocation.Portfolio & Fund Performance Monitoring* Execute monthly updates of fund performance and portfolio metrics across multiple client segments.* Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.CRM & Digital Tools Expertise* Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales team activity, pipeline evolution and client engagement metrics.RFPAs part of an international RFP Team, you will adopt both a sales & technical approach:Take an active role in the RFP/DDQ process, contributing to the preparation and coordination of proposals,and progressively gain autonomy and build expertise across finance, research, risk, and legal topics.
