Randolph Clinic, JBSA-Randolph, TX: 2 VTC rooms.Duration: 1 YearPosition Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Video Teleconference (VTC) Maintenance and Equipment Availability Technician to provide comprehensive maintenance services for VTC equipment in 15 rooms across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of equipment uptime, supporting critical communication needs.Key Responsibilities:1. Equipment Maintenance:Provide preventive maintenance services, including firmware upgrades and equipment replacement, twice a year.Maintain a target of 98% equipment uptime across all VTC rooms.2. Preventive and On-Demand Maintenance:Align cameras, test microphones, and evaluate VTC capabilities to ensure optimal performance.Provide on-demand maintenance for equipment issues as they arise.3. Installation and Configuration:Assemble, mount, and configure VTC equipment as required for new installations.Ensure all equipment is set up for optimal performance and user accessibility.4. Support Services:Offer phone and field support during normal operating hours.Respond to major outages (complete equipment failure) on-site within 4 hours.Address minor outages (partial equipment failure) on-site within 1 day.5.
