You will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's software meets organizational standards and end-user requirements.Key Responsibilities:Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform and lead tests of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Design and implement both manual and automated test methods to verify and validate software in accordance with documented requirements.Test Automation: Drive the adoption of test automation, including unit tests, integration tests, and functional tests. Configure applications to build testability from the ground up.Collaboration: Work in an agile, collaborative environment with cross-functional team members on story development, from before definition through final deployment. Perform exploratory testing using industry-leading practices.Defect Management: Discover defects and work with coders and Product Owners (POs) to determine root causes and prevent similar issues in the future.Documentation: Document and resolve complex testing issues, create test data for applications, and provide detailed reports on problem resolution to management.Process Improvement: Devises improvements to current procedures, develops models for future configurations, and performs complex workflow analysis to recommend quality enhancements.Support: Act as an information resource for assigned areas to technical writers and other Quality Assurance Analysts.Required Technical and Professional Expertise:Basic knowledge of Python, Ruby, SQL, and/or Go.Understanding of HTML and CSS.Familiarity with the fundamentals of QA methodology.Experience programming in SQL.Experience in debugging and troubleshooting.Experience with automation testing tools & frameworks - including tools such as Selenium.
