& Responsibilities\r\n• Responsibilities will include providing project management leadership, as\r\nwell as establishing and maintaining outstanding project management tools\r\nand practices for quality-based initiatives.\r\n• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for application-\r\nrelated projects.\r\n• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.\r\n• Strong experience with Scrum methodology, Scrum master certification is\r\npreferred.\r\n• Ensure application projects follow SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)\r\n• Provide executive-level reporting (dashboards, presentations, project\r\nupdates).\r\n• Communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers clearly to leadership.\r\nRequirements & Qualifications\r\n• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent\r\ntraining, experience, and certification.\r\n• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.\r\n• Familiarity with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR, finance, cloud/SaaS\r\nsolutions).\r\n• Familiarity/ experience with Tools: JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or\r\nsimilar PM tools.\r\n1\r\nEvaluation
