In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely transporting furniture and home goods from our warehouse to customers’ homes, ensuring each delivery is handled with care and professionalism. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles, including manual transmission models, to deliver furniture efficiently across designated routes Load and unload furniture using equipment such as Dolly, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques while adhering to safety protocols Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, on time, and in pristine condition by verifying orders against delivery manifests Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their furniture setup, answering questions, and addressing any concerns professionally Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior, conducting routine inspections before and after deliveries Follow route driving plans meticulously while adapting to traffic or road conditions to meet delivery schedules Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and moving furniture within the facility Experience Prior delivery driver experience preferred, especially with furniture or heavy loads Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude towards clients Warehouse experience involving heavy lifting, moving furniture, or operating forklifts and pallet jacks is highly desirable Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles is a plus Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting heavy items repeatedly and working in various weather conditions Familiarity with route planning, load & unload procedures, and safety regulations related to commercial driving and moving equipment Join us in delivering more than furniture—deliver smiles!
