play an essential role in helping retirement plan participants access their retirement benefits accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with IRS and Department of Labor regulations.\n\nYou'll serve as the primary point of contact for retirement plan distributions, loans, required minimum distributions (RMDs), hardship withdrawals, and force-out requests while partnering closely with Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences.\nThis position offers the opportunity to develop specialized retirement plan knowledge while working with an experienced, supportive team dedicated to providing outstanding service.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nClient Support\nServe as a primary contact for plan sponsors and participants regarding retirement plan distributions and loan requests.\nRespond promptly and professionally to client inquiries by phone and email.\nPartner with Relationship Managers to provide exceptional client service.\nCommunicate clearly and effectively throughout the distribution process.\nDistribution Processing\nPrepare and process a high volume of retirement plan distributions, loans, hardship withdrawals, required minimum distributions (RMDs), and force-out requests.\nReview plan documents and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) to ensure participant eligibility.\nCalculate participant vesting accurately.\nUpdate participant vesting information.\nAccess multiple recordkeeping platforms to obtain required information and documentation.\nManage each request from initiation through completion while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.\nCompliance\nEnsure all transactions comply with plan provisions and applicable IRS and Department of Labor regulations.\nMaintain complete and accurate documentation.\nMeet established distributions (RMDs), and force-out transactions.\nA minimum of two to three years of retirement plan distribution processing experience in a TPA environment required\nStrong Microsoft Office and computer skills\nExcellent keyboarding and data entry skills\nStrong organizational and time-management abilities\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to receive direction, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively\nCommitment to ongoing professional development through training and continuing
