Successful completion of core skills means a move to increased industry knowledge in one or more areas of concentration: Industrial, Wind and Solar Construction.\nResponsibilities:\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\nExhibit an enthusiasm to learn.\nDisplay an eagerness to build their knowledge and are willing to put in the effort to develop their skills.\nAttend formal training and complete on-the-job training.\nComplete all homework to build their knowledge and skillset and to meet the requirements of the apprenticeship.\nKeep log of on-the-job training activities.\nComplete all tests, presentations, and other required evaluations.\nBuild professional relationships with colleagues and clients.\nObserve health and safety procedures.\nPromote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.\nAttend all training available onsite to understand new tools, equipment, and work procedures.\nLearn and perform general tasks involving physical labor.
