This role is designed for individuals currently enrolled in or who have completed a Master’s program in ABA or a related field and are pursuing growth toward BCBA-level leadership.\n\nAs a Program Supervisor, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while working alongside experienced BCBAs to create meaningful change for children and families. You’ll mentor Behavior Therapists, support individualized treatment programs, and continue building the clinical and supervisory skills needed for long-term success in the field.\n\nThis is more than a stepping-stone role—it’s an opportunity to grow into the clinician and leader you’re working toward becoming.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nCollaborate with BCBAs to implement and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs\nMonitor client progress and support data-driven treatment modifications\nConduct assessments and assist with behavior intervention planning\nSupervise, coach, and mentor a team of 4–6 Behavior Technicians\nProvide performance feedback and support staff development\nLead engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with client goals\nMaintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reporting\nPartner closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client success\nWho We’re Looking For\nCurrently enrolled in or have completed a Master’s program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field\nActive pursuit of BCBA certification\n2+ years of ABA experience preferred\nExperience supervising or mentoring staff\nStrong communication, organization, and leadership skills\nPassion for clinical growth, mentorship, and client-centered care\nBilingual Spanish speakers preferred\nWhy Join Accel Therapies?\n\nWe believe strong clinical outcomes start with supported teams.
