This role is responsible for leading both field execution and project management efforts across complex repair and restoration projects.\r\nAs a Construction Manager, you will play a key role in delivering projects that make our nation's structures stronger and last longerleading teams in the field while maintaining full ownership of project performance.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nLead and oversee field teams, including Foremen and union craft workers\r\nManage daily field operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality\r\nConduct pre-project and pre-task planning, ensuring alignment across all teams\r\nPromote and uphold PULLMAN's Safety 24/7 culture\r\nTrain, mentor, and support the development of field personnel\r\nProject Management & Operations\r\nManage self-performed concrete repair and restoration projects from start to finish\r\nMaintain profit and loss responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control\r\nDevelop and manage project schedules in collaboration with field leadership\r\nPrepare contracts and support negotiations and revisions as needed\r\nCoordinate with Estimating and Business Development teams to support bid reviews and proposal development\r\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle\r\nCoordination & Oversight\r\nOversee multiple projects and ensure alignment between field execution and financial performance\r\nMonitor production, track progress, and identify opportunities for improvement\r\nEnsure all project documentation and reporting is accurate and timely\r\nQualifications\r\n712+ years of construction leadership experience, including both field leadership and project management\r\nProven experience managing projects in the $1M$5M+ range\r\nExperience with concrete repair, structural strengthening, waterproofing, faade restoration, or similar scopes\r\nExperience working with and leading union labor crews\r\nStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project execution\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management/forecasting tools\r\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment\r\nWillingness to travel 2030% as needed\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\nWe're looking for a hands-on leader who can effectively balance field leadership with project-level oversight.
