We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to join a dedicated team focused on device management and deployment. In this pivotal role, you'll play a crucial part in equipping new hires, resolving technical issues, and upgrading equipment, directly impacting the efficiency and success of the entire organization. Your meticulous attention to detail and hands-on technical skills will ensure that all devices are ready for action, keeping the business running smoothly.What You'll Do:Prepare and stage devices from stock within the build area.Perform device imaging for new hires, break-fix scenarios, and equipment refreshes.Collaborate with internal support teams to streamline device deployment processes.Manage and update asset records within internal systems, including the SharePoint site and asset management database.Handle the receiving and shipping of equipment, maintaining accurate inventory.Conduct data wiping on mobile devices, such as iPhones, preparing them for disposal or refurbishment.Set up devices on the network for new hires, ensuring seamless integration.Perform other miscellaneous tasks within the depot to support overall operational success.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience in device imaging and deployment.Proficiency in managing and updating asset tracking systems and databases.Familiarity with network setup for new devices.Experience with data wiping procedures for mobile devices.Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.About Aquent Talent:Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world's biggest brands.
