Maintenance Technician

Location: North Bergen, NJDepartment: Property ManagementReports to: Property ManagerStatus: Full time, Non-ExemptCompensation: $21 to $26 per hourThe Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC. They will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner, while providing excellent customer service to residents.
