Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Melrose, MN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,200 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: 6/1/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) with float to Med Surge Duration: 8 weeks Shift: 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:30; 19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years in Emergency Department and 1 year in Med Surg License: Must hold a valid state RN license (pending acceptable) Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC Must-Have: - Experience in combined Adult/Pediatric emergency care - Skills in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias - Flexible scheduling availability - Weekend coverage required, minimum of every third weekend Description: Position requires an ER RN with the ability to float to Med Surg. Will float between multiple campuses. Shift flexibility is needed. No on-call requirements. Patient ratios are 1:4 during days and 1:6 during nights. General experience in an emergency department is essential. OB experience is preferred. Candidates with less experience will be screened. Travelers must meet compliance requirements. Vaccination against COVID-19 is required with only medical/religious exemptions accepted. Fingerprinting must be completed in person. Local candidates residing within 50 miles are not accepted. All candidates must adhere to time-off restrictions. Finalized time-off requests must be included with submission. No time-off requests are accepted within the first week of the start date. All required certifications must be current. This role includes providing care to diverse patient age groups. Interdisciplinary support available includes physical therapy and social services. The facility is a critical access hospital equipped with specific emergency and inpatient care capabilities.
