The Marketing Services Sales Representative advises service professionals on how they can use the company’s marketing products and services to achieve their overall business and growth objectives.\nThe Marketing Services Sales Representative is required to meet three expectations, 1) achieve his/her sales goals, 2) adhere to defined sales best practices, and 3) demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement.\nOur Ideal Candidate:\nIs committed to the problem–solution sales process and is driven to provide exceptional care to their clients by helping them to achieve their business objectives.\nWilling and able to follow proven sales process and best practices\nDisciplined and process oriented\nSelf-motivated and competitive\nHighly accountable for hitting/exceeding sales goals and other role expectations\nGood business acumen and critical thinking skills\nAbility to translate the client’s goals into marketing programs/activity required to achieve the client’s business and growth objectives\nStrong technical aptitude\nFit with our company values – Agile, Trustworthy, Client-focused, Dedicated, and Team Player\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nGuide clients through a prescribed sales presentation (20–30-minute conversation)\nConduct 6-8 scheduled sales presentations per day - AND / OR - Make outbound calls to follow up on existing clients (follow ups, client check ins, special projects)\nWeekly meeting with manager, call reviews, and team sales meetings\nLog calls, update opportunities, submit orders in Salesforce\nManage assigned opportunities to meet weekly deadlines\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 2 years prior sales experience required\nAnswering the application questions is required\nBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related preferred\nAbility to call and work directly with high performing service professionals within multiple industries\nStrong presentation, verbal, and written skills\nCompensation:\nSalary Pay Range: A base pay of $45,000-$50,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
