We’re seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join the team in a post-sales, customer-facing engineering role where you’ll work directly with clients to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions in real-world environments. You’ll work directly with clients to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions in industries like healthcare, financial services, and government. ResponsibilitiesWork with Forward Deployed Strategists to develop quality software and web applicationsWork across the stack to design scalable solutions with AI AgentsWork an adaptable environment with each client's unique situationDiscover and fix issues post-launchQualifications3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally building 0 -> 1.Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., Next.js, FastAPI, Flask).Experience with APIs, data integration, and distributed systems.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Comfort working directly with customers in a professional, consultative manner.Nice to HaveExperience working at an early-stage startup.Experience with AI/ML model deployment, fine-tuning, or prompt engineering.Exposure to enterprise environments in industries such as healthcare, finance, or government.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps.
