You’ll lead and coordinate complex enterprise technology initiatives while partnering with product managers, development managers, architects, software and infrastructure engineering resources, executives, and other key stakeholders.\n\nYou’ll help ensure program requirements are identified and followed from inception through delivery, validate scope and schedules, coordinate resources, establish priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and lead project reviews. You’ll also participate in iteration and release planning and help ensure solutions meet expectations for timeline, cost, architecture, and performance.\n\nA major focus will be helping the organization shift from project-based to outcome-based models. You’ll provide hands-on adoption support through one-on-one and small-group interactions, help teams navigate complex workflows, and solve issues during the rollout. This is a hybrid position requiring Tuesday onsite presence in Riverton, Utah, with heavier onsite involvement during the rollout period.\n\nWHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR\n\nSix years of technical program or project management experience in areas pertinent to IT, including three years in a management or leadership role with project management responsibilities\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience\nRelevant hands-on experience as a software developer, network engineer, systems engineer, or security analyst\nProven experience executing complex projects, particularly enterprise-level applications\nExperience in scaled agile, portfolio management, or similar governance-heavy environments\nStrong, broad technical background with an understanding of architectural and system concepts\nAbility to understand complex business workflows, assess risks and dependencies, and decompose complex problems into coherent technology strategies and solutions\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate, negotiate, and positively influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels\nExperience providing hands-on training or adoption support and helping teams successfully implement new systems and ways of working\nTargetprocess or other agile tool experience, a consulting background, a master’s degree, and/or a recognized project management certification are preferred\n\nABOUT OUR CLIENT\n\nOur client is an established organization undertaking a major IT planning and governance transformation involving complex enterprise technology programs and cross-functional teams.\n\nWHY ProFocus:\n\nCandidates come first.
