Your flexibility, technical aptitude, and commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence will help ensure efficient production while supporting team success across multiple processing functions. This is our entry level machine operator to run mixing machines, laminating machines, ovens.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO… Safely set up, operate, monitor, and adjust processing equipment to meet production requirements.\nOperate equipment including: Mixers Laminators Ovens Scalers Serve as a Flex Operator, rotating between positions and providing coverage as production schedules require.\nSupport Utility Driver responsibilities when assigned.\nMaintain production equipment and work areas in a clean, organized, and sanitary condition.\nComplete required production, quality, and operational paperwork accurately and timely.\nParticipate in training activities and support cross-functional team coverage.\nAssist with preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and operational performance.\nFollow all food safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and workplace safety requirements.\nSupport production goals by maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards.\nPerform heavy lifting and material handling activities as required.\nWork overtime and occasional weekends to support operational needs.\nPerform other duties as assigned by supervision.\nWHO YOU WILL WORK WITH… Processing Team Members\nProduction Operators and Utility Drivers\nTeam Leads and Supervisors\nMaintenance Technicians\nQuality Assurance and Food Safety Teams\nWarehouse and Material Handling Personnel\nOperations Leadership\nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE) High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.\nAbility to speak, read, and understand English to safely and effectively perform job responsibilities.\nAbility to safely operate and adjust manufacturing equipment.\nCapability to work across multiple production functions and adapt to changing priorities.\nAbility to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work throughout the shift.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.\nAbility to complete production documentation accurately.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment.\nWillingness to rotate positions and provide operational coverage as needed.\nCommitment to food safety, GMP compliance, and workplace safety standards.\nFlexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends.\nIT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE) Previous production line manufacturing experience.\nExperience operating processing equipment in a food manufacturing environment.\nFood service or food handling experience.\nExperience with mixers, ovens, laminators, scalers, or similar processing equipment.\nFamiliarity with preventive maintenance programs and basic equipment troubleshooting.\nExperience working in high-volume manufacturing environments.\nCross-training experience across multiple production or processing functions.\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS Pay: $22.65 per hour + $1.50 cent per hour shift differential Shift: 3rd Shift 10:40PM- 7:00AM Location: 901 N. 200 W. Richmond, UT 84333 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
