This is an on-site role located in Elburn, IL. This role involves sending documentation and handling administrative tasks within the real estate process, including managing paperwork, coordinating communications, maintaining records, and supporting overall transaction organization. The Weekend Team Administrator will act as a liaison between team members, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring the smooth running of operations during the weekend.QualificationsLicensed Real Estate Agent is a plus, but not requiredStrong administrative and organizational capabilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and clientsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and other administrative toolsWell-developed time management and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects efficientlyStrong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyProfessional, positive, and friendly demeanor with a collaborative approach to teamworkPrior administrative experience is a plus, particularly in a client-facing environmentFlexible schedule; details will be discussed further during the interview process
