In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for courier drivers throughout the day, providing routing assistance, answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring deliveries stay on schedule.\n\nIf you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy multitasking, and want to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nSupport courier drivers throughout the day via phone, email, and walkie-talkie app.\n\nCoordinate pickup and delivery routes to ensure on-time service.\n\nCommunicate special delivery instructions and resolve driver questions quickly.\n\nDeliver exceptional customer service to drivers, customers, and internal teams.\n\nAssist with dispatching deliveries to independent contractor drivers.\n\nVerify completed deliveries and troubleshoot service issues.\n\nReport driver and customer concerns to the Operations Manager.\n\nComplete daily operational checklists and administrative tasks.\n\nEnter data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.\n\nAssist with warehouse duties, including pulling and processing parts as needed.\n\nHelp identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.\n\nOccasionally make deliveries when operational needs require.\n\nFollow all company safety policies and attendance expectations.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nHigh school diploma or GED required\n\nAt least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced or logistics environment\n\nCourier, transportation, dispatch, or logistics experience is a plus\n\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities\n\nAbility to remain calm under pressure and prioritize changing workloads\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint\n\nComfortable learning new software and technology\n\nWillingness to work occasional overtime when business needs require\n\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record\n\nAbility to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds and climb ladders\n\nBenefits\n\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n\n401(k) with company participation\n\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\n\nOpportunity to grow with a fast-paced logistics company\n\nSupportive team environment built on collaboration and excellence\n\nWhy Crossroads Courier?\n\nOur success depends on teamwork, communication, and delivering exceptional service every day.
