Industrial Services Team Lead

As we continue to grow, we are working to add some hard working team leads to our team.The Industrial Services Team Lead is responsible for leading field crews performing warehouse racking installations, modifications, and tear-downs. This role is hands-on while also providing leadership, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to customer expectations. The Team Lead is the main point of contact on-site and is responsible for crew performance, quality, and progress.Key ResponsibilitiesField Leadership & ExecutionLead and work alongside crews performing:Warehouse racking installation and tear-downsBeam adjustments and reconfigurationsEquipment relocation and general warehouse servicesAssign daily tasks and ensure efficient use of labor and materialsRead and interpret layout drawings and job scopeProject Oversight & ReportingTrack daily and weekly job progress against scheduleProvide clear progress updates to both internal teams and external customersEnsure jobs are completed on time and within scopeCommunicate issues, delays, and changes proactivelyCoordinate with customers and internal teams on-siteQuality & SafetyEnsure all work meets company standards and is completed correctlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job siteManage site safety program and tool programCrew DevelopmentTrain and support team members in field operationsPromote accountability, productivity, and teamworkQualificationsExperience with warehouse racking systems (installation, tear-down, adjustments)Prior experience leading or supervising crews preferredAbility to read layouts and job instructionsAbility to operate equipment such as scissor lifts and forkliftsComfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environmentsValid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sitesWork EnvironmentField-based at customer warehouse locationsFrequent lifting, climbing, and use of tools and equipmentTravel may be required depending on project needs
