The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and show a true sense of urgency.\n\nEssential Job Functions\n\nPerform job related tasks as instructed by supervisor.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.\nRead and understand applicable Process Procedures and safety rules.\nPerform any other tasks assigned by management.\nWet sand by hand using grit sand paper.\nSet up and operate Jitterbug and Mass Semi-automatic with minimal supervision.\nUse measuring devices such as eye loops and microscopes.\nVisually inspect panel’s quality and make required adjustments.\nDiscontinue processing when a non-conforming condition is found and report it to management.\nPerform all tasks and routine maintenance as required by Process Procedure.\nAccurately complete all departmental quality and lot tracking documentation.\nAssist other operators, when time allows.\n\nWork Schedule:\n\nThis is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance.\n\nWork schedule is 2nd Shift | Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.\n\nRequirements:\n\nEssential Qualifications\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.\nAble to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as required, in support of departmental and company goals.\n\nPreferred Additional Skills:\n\nAble to read, write and communicate in English.\nExcellent work ethics, detail oriented and self-motivated.\nBe a team player and work well with others.\nAble to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), as required by work area.\nAble to safely work with chemicals.\nAble to work with minimal supervision.\nFlexible and willing to cross-train in other areas.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nAbility to consistently lift 25 pounds.\nAble to repeatedly walk approximately 20 feet to load/ unload etcher.\nAble to walk-in uneven flooring.\nAble to work with chemicals.\n\nCompensation/Benefits:\n\nCalifornia Pay Range: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour USD | DOE\n\nThe actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.\n\nAdvanced PCB offers a variety of health and benefit programs.
