(if applicable).\nAdditional Job Functions (Level 3 must add THREE of the following job functions)\nOrder Fulfillment\nMust be able to fulfill back orders and complete sales transactions in back office.\nEnsure that fulfillment of the order relieves inventory and increases sales.\nWorks with store personnel to ensure orders are filled in preparation for pickup\nIf the store does deployment operations, Order fulfillment includes preparing the orders for the deployer and packing the deployment bag (if applicable)\nReceiving\nMust be able to sign, verify, and receive inventory, submitting required paperwork.\nAccurately In-check inventory being received from Vendors.\nAccurately In-check inventory being received as transfers from other BSC Stores\nEnsures all stock is organized and located in appropriate storage areas.\nOther receiving duties as assigned.\nStore Merchandising\nMaintain a store that looks well stocked and conforms to the BSC store standards.\nMaintain cleanliness of sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and office space.\nPack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or sales floor.\nResponsible for all NIS tags.\nParticipate in store inventories, conduct cycle counts, and assist with A to Z shelf organization (if applicable).\nShipping\nShip orders to customers, ensuring all paperwork is done and the order is fully executed in the system (D365).\nShip store transfers to other Base Supply Centers.\nMust understand the shipping process and ensure that items go out in a timely manner.\nMarginal Job Functions\nAssist other personnel as time and knowledge permit.\nParticipate in training and meetings as requested.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nSkills, Knowledge, and Abilities\nMust work professionally as part of a team with other store employees.\nMust be able to comprehend and perform duties using established work and safety procedures.\nMust perform effectively under conditions of fluctuating workloads.\nMust have excellent customer service skills.\nAppearance must be neat, clean and in adherence to the company’s dress code policy.\nMust have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.\nEducation and Work Experience\nA high school diploma or equivalent is required.\nTraining while on the job will be provided.\nISO 5.3 Organizational Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities\nIFB employees have the responsibility and authority to ensure to produce first-quality products that meet customer requirements.\nEEO Statement\nIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
