This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.\r\nSalary: Starting at $14.00/hour\r\nSchedule: Part-Time\r\nPerks of Working at The Delaney at Lake Waco:\r\n401k plan with employer match\r\nDental Insurance\r\nHealth Insurance\r\nVision Insurance\r\nLife Insurance\r\nPaid Time Off\r\nDaily Pay\r\nExtraordinary Rewards Program\r\nHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:\r\nAlways exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.\r\nResponsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.\r\nExhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.\r\nSet tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.\r\nServe customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.\r\nHere are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:\r\nMinimum completion of sophomore year in high school required\r\nExperience in food service work preferred\r\nExperience in working with seniors preferred\r\nDrug screen and background check required\r\nIf you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!
